Terms of Service
Effective date: 8 October 2026. By installing or using Gravity Shapes ("the App") you agree to these terms with Bartosz Wróbel ("we").
1. The service
Gravity Shapes is a free-to-play puzzle game with optional in-app purchases and advertising. Online features (rankings, duels, cloud progress) require an internet connection and may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time.
2. Accounts
The App creates an anonymous player identity for you. You may link it to a Google or Apple account. You are responsible for activity under your identity and for keeping your device secure. One person may use only one account in ranked duels.
3. Fair play
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or modified clients, tamper with scores or replays, or harass other players. We may remove scores, reset ratings, restrict online features or terminate accounts that break these rules.
To keep matches quick and leaderboards lively when few players are online, some opponents in online modes and some entries on leaderboards may be computer-controlled.
4. Virtual items and purchases
Coins, skins and other virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and are licensed, not sold. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms; refunds are handled by those stores. We may adjust the game economy (prices, rewards, drop rates) at any time.
5. Advertising
The App shows ads, including optional rewarded ads that grant in-game benefits. Rewards are granted only after the ad provider reports that the ad was watched.
6. Intellectual property
The App, its code, artwork, names and sounds are owned by us or used under licence (sound effects by Kenney and music by MintoDog are used under CC0). You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to play the App on devices you own.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of progress or virtual items, or service interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumers have under mandatory law.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and request deletion of your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
