Delete your account

How to delete your Gravity Shapes account and data. Gravity Shapes is published by Bartosz Wróbel.

Delete it in the game

1. Open Gravity Shapes.
2. Go to Settings → Privacy & account.
3. Tap Delete account and data and confirm twice.

Deletion is immediate. You need an internet connection.

Delete it without the game

If you no longer have the game installed, e-mail wrobelbartosz@icloud.com with the subject “Gravity Shapes — delete my account”. Include one of these so we can find your account:

• your nickname and friend code, both shown in the game under Profile; or
• the e-mail address of the Google or Apple account you signed in with.

We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

What is deleted

• Your player profile: nickname, avatar and friend code.
• The link to your Google or Apple sign-in, and the e-mail address it gave us.
• Scores, replays, ratings, league and Royale results.
• Friends and friend invites.
• Coins, progress, the cloud save and the record of your in-app purchases. They are lost and are not refunded.
• When you delete in the game, also the game's data on that device.

What is kept, and for how long

• Duels and Royale rounds other players took part in stay in their history. Your side is kept without your name or ID.
• Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months and crash reports for up to 90 days (Google Firebase), then deleted automatically. They are tied to a random ID, not to your name.
• Server backups are replaced within 30 days.
• Apple and Google keep records of your purchases under their own policies. Ad providers keep data under their own policies; see the Privacy Policy.
